Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Select your chosen piece, choose your preferred size and proceed to checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete, followed by tracking details upon dispatch.

Each bracelet is prepared intentionally for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure checkout options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@quartzandember.com.au as soon as possible.

As each piece is individually prepared through ritual, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun. However, we will always do our best to assist prior to dispatch.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Occasionally, select designs may be released for pre-order.

Any extended preparation timeframes will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my bracelet be dispatched?

Standard sizes are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Bespoke sizing may require 3–5 business days prior to dispatch, as your piece is prepared to your exact measurement.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking is provided with every order, allowing you to follow your bracelet’s journey to you.

Estimated timeframes within Australia:
• Standard — 3–10 business days
• Express — 1–4 business days

Shipping within Australia
Standard — $9.95
Express — $14.95

Complimentary shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $150.

Standard international shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.95 AUD.
Complimentary standard international shipping is offered on all orders over $250 AUD.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Quartz & Ember currently ships internationally to the United Kingdom and Denmark via Australia Post International services.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Additional destinations will be introduced gradually as Quartz & Ember expands.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the intentional and often made-to-order nature of Quartz & Ember bracelets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we may assist promptly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

What if I order the wrong size?

We gently encourage measuring carefully using our Size Guide prior to ordering, as each bracelet is prepared intentionally to your chosen size.

If you select an incorrect ready-to-wear piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provided the bracelet is unworn and in original condition, we are pleased to offer one complimentary resize adjustment.

As resizing is offered as a courtesy, return and redelivery postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke bracelets are created to your exact measurement and are not eligible for refund due to incorrect sizing. However, one complimentary resize adjustment is available within 48 hours of delivery. Postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my bracelet last?

Due to the nature of stretch bracelets, elastic may soften over time with regular wear.

If your bracelet ever requires restringing due to natural wear, please contact us and we will gladly explore repair options where possible.

Sizing & Care

What size should I choose?

Each Quartz & Ember bracelet is designed to sit gently and comfortably on the wrist.

We recommend selecting your wrist measurement for a closer fit or sizing up for a more relaxed feel.
If you are between sizes, choosing the larger size will allow for a softer drape.

For a more personalised fit, you may select Bespoke and provide your wrist measurement along with your preferred fit.

How should I care for my bracelet?

To preserve your bracelet’s beauty and integrity, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising or applying perfumes, oils or lotions.

When not being worn, store your bracelet in its Quartz & Ember pouch to protect it from dust and moisture.

Will my crystal change over time?

Natural crystals may gently evolve in appearance over time. Subtle shifts in tone or surface are part of their organic nature and inherent beauty and do not affect their integrity.

Are Quartz & Ember pieces suitable for children?

Quartz & Ember pieces are thoughtfully created for adult wear and are not recommended for children under 10 years of age. Due to small components and natural materials, children should always be supervised while handling jewellery or accompanying packaging materials.

Yes, each bracelet is crafted using natural, genuine crystals selected for their beauty, quality and energetic integrity.

Natural variations in colour and inclusions are part of their authenticity and make each piece uniquely yours.

Are your bracelets handmade?

Yes, every Quartz & Ember bracelet is hand-strung, ceremonially prepared and packaged with intention and reverence.

How are your crystals sourced?

We source our crystals consciously through trusted suppliers who prioritise ethical and responsible practices.

While we do not operate directly at the mining level, we intentionally select partners who align with our values of integrity, transparency and respectful trade.

We believe honouring a crystal includes honouring the human and environmental considerations involved in bringing it into the world.

Do you offer bespoke sizing?

Yes, bespoke sizing is available to ensure your bracelet rests comfortably and naturally on your wrist.

Simply select Bespoke and enter your exact wrist measurement at checkout. Each piece is then prepared precisely for you at no additional charge.

Because bespoke bracelets are made to your individual measurement, they are not eligible for return due to incorrect sizing. If you are unsure, we are happy to gently guide you before ordering.

Do you offer restringing or repairs?

With mindful wear, your bracelet is designed to be treasured for years.

As with all elastic jewellery, natural wear may occur over time. If your piece ever requires restringing due to gentle wear, please contact us and we will gladly explore repair options where possible.

We believe in honouring what is created — and supporting its longevity.

Are Quartz & Ember bracelets energetically prepared?

Yes, each bracelet is ceremonially prepared through a sacred ritual incorporating Reiki and Sound Healing, honouring both its physical form and energetic presence.

Prior to packaging, every piece is gently cleansed and set with intention before being sent to its new home.

While we honour crystal symbolism and energetic traditions, Quartz & Ember does not claim medical or therapeutic outcomes.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle holistic practice that supports balance and restoration. It works with subtle life-force energy - a current believed to flow through all living things.

Sound Healing is an ancient, intuitive and profoundly transformative practice that uses vibrational frequencies to bring the body, mind, heart and spirit back into balance.

Gifting

Can Quartz & Ember be given as gifts?

Yes, every Quartz & Ember bracelet is thoughtfully presented in our signature packaging, complete with certificate of attunement, crystal symbolism card and care guide, thoughtfully curated for gifting or personal ritual.

Each piece also arrives with a 10cm Selenite Rod, chosen for cleansing and energetic renewal.

At checkout, you may include a handwritten message (up to 100 characters) at no additional charge — allowing your words to accompany the ritual.

Digital gift cards are also available for those who wish to allow the recipient to select the piece that speaks most deeply to them.

Digital Gift Cards

Quartz & Ember digital gift cards are delivered by email and may be redeemed at checkout.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Any remaining balance will stay available for future use, allowing the ritual to unfold in its own time.

Gift cards do not expire.

Quartz & Ember is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use.
