Quartz & Ember jewellery is intended for adult wear and is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. Small components may present a choking hazard if damaged or separated.

Orders

Quartz & Ember reserves the right to: 

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing or product errors

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be provided. 

 


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartz & Ember is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. 

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to: 

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair of the product 
  • Refund of the purchase price
