Returns & Exchanges

Each Quartz & Ember piece is consciously created and individually prepared with care.

Due to the personal and made-to-order nature of our bracelets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to choose your piece intuitively and to review sizing carefully prior to purchase. If you are unsure, we are always here to assist before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@quartzandember.com including clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, repair or store credit where applicable.

Sizing Exchanges

As each piece is individually prepared to your selected size, we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing changes due to incorrect selection.

If you select an incorrect standard size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provided the bracelet is unworn and in original condition, we are pleased to offer one complimentary resize adjustment.

As resizing is offered as a courtesy, return and redelivery postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke bracelets are created to your exact measurement and are not eligible for refund due to incorrect sizing. However, one complimentary resize adjustment is available within 48 hours of delivery. Postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If you are uncertain of your size, we warmly encourage you to reach out prior to ordering so we can guide you to the correct fit.

Gift Cards

Quartz & Ember gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
