Each Quartz & Ember piece is consciously prepared with care and intention. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery expectations and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Processing Time
All Quartz & Ember bracelets are individually prepared to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will be dispatched via your selected shipping method.
During periods of higher demand, launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
Pre-Order Items
If an item is listed as pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Pre-order items will be dispatched once they become available.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping Within Australia
Quartz & Ember ships via Australia Post.
Shipping rates:
Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD
Express Shipping — $14.95 AUD
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post): 3–10 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post): 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, postal network conditions and seasonal demand.
While delivery timeframes are outside of our control once dispatched, we are always here to assist should you need support with your delivery.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Quartz & Ember is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@quartzandember.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel and item so we can assist you promptly.
We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Quartz & Ember will provide an appropriate remedy which may include a replacement or refund.
Authority to Leave and Safe Delivery
If Authority to Leave is selected, Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe location
Quartz & Ember is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by Australia Post.
If you prefer signature on delivery, please select this option at checkout where available.
International Shipping
Quartz & Ember currently ships internationally to the United Kingdom and Denmark via Australia Post International services.
Shipping rates:
International Shipping — $29.95 AUD
Complimentary international shipping is offered on all orders over $250 AUD.
Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
International Shipping: 6–27 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and seasonal demand.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.
While customs processing is outside of our control, we are always here to assist should you need support with your delivery.
