Refund policy

Each Quartz & Ember piece is consciously created and carefully prepared with intention. Due to the personal and custom nature of our bracelets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to choose your piece intuitively and to review sizing carefully prior to purchase. If you are unsure, we are always here to assist before you place your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or faulty
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not as described
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@quartzandember.com.au, including clear photographs of the item and packaging. 

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund
  • Store credit (where appropriate and agreed)

 

Change of Mind

Due to the custom and personal nature of each piece, Quartz & Ember does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Exchanges

Quartz & Ember offers exchanges only where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact hello@quartzandember.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue. 

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include: 

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund
  • Exchange (where applicable) 

 

Sizing 

As each bracelet is carefully prepared to your selected size, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing where the size selected matches your order.

If you are unsure of your size, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering and we will gladly guide you to ensure the correct fit.

 

Gift Cards

Quartz & Ember gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian law.
