Because every bracelet is individually prepared to order, dispatch times reflect the time taken to create your piece properly, without rush.
Preparation & Dispatch
Each piece is prepared to order through a considered process of selection and ritual.
Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Bracelets requiring bespoke sizing are individually prepared and may require an additional 2–4 business days prior to dispatch.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
Quartz & Ember ships via Australia Post.
Shipping rates:
Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD
Express Shipping — $14.95 AUD
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post): 3–10 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post): 1–4 business days

While delivery timeframes are outside of our control once dispatched, we are always here to assist should you need support with your delivery.
International Shipping
Quartz & Ember currently ships internationally to the United Kingdom and Denmark via Australia Post International services.
Shipping rates:
Standard International Shipping — $29.95 AUD
Complimentary standard international shipping is offered on all orders over $250 AUD.
Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
Standard International Shipping: 6–27 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and seasonal demand.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.
While customs processing is outside of our control, we are always here to assist should you need support with your delivery.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of Australia Post, delivery and handling are managed by the postal carrier.
While Quartz & Ember is not responsible for postal delays outside of our control, we will always assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where possible.
